So what came out of the meeting from monday or tuesday, is OpenSwap funded now?
We are working on setting up a framework for DAO tooling grants. And I will be working closely with OpenSwap to restructure their DAO proposal to meet certain bootstrap funding criteria.
Exciting times ahead.

The DAO Ops Team has been restructuring the DAO Bootstrap guidelines, as well as formulating DAO Tooling Grant Guidelines.
Below are the milestones for a DAO Tooling project. $50K.

| Training Webinar (Recorded) | $15K |
| Adopted by 10 DAOs | $15K |
| DAO with 5/9 Multisig Wallet (Bonus) | $10k |
Please consider drafting a new proposal. One for the DAO Tooling grant (using the milestones given), and another proposal for a DAO Bootstrap Grant.
