Proposal overview
Vision
In a galaxy far, far away…
Every year, thousands of kids begin their crypto Jedi Training. They begin their journey as curious and ambitious Padawans. Under the guidance of the Jedi Order, they visit faraway worlds completing missions along the way (hackathons), and having awesome Jedis (mentors) to guide them along their journey!
By the end of their journeys, they become Jedis.
We’re here to bring that galaxy right here!
What We Do
We’re the youth talent incubator of crypto - to onboard thousands of talented kids into crypto! We send them to conferences to hack, get cryptopilled, then join a community of fellow Padawans. Depending on their interests, they’re placed into cohorts who will either focus on founding companies, contributing to protocols, or just learn about different crypto verticals in general! We find the mentors and resources to help them become Jedi!
Thanks to the crypto community (including Harmony!) we’ve had awesome support! From generous individuals who’ve sponsored kids to go to those conferences to Jedis who’ve volunteered their time to help us build out this DAO and help out Padawans!
Our goal by the end of this year is to onboard 1000 Padawans into crypto… and to achieve that vision, our next step starts with Harmony!
We Need Your Help
Funding is currently our biggest bottleneck. We’ve been able to raise a lot of money from generous individuals - but we need a sustainable amount of funding to send kids to hackathons continuously. We’d love for Harmony to be able to help us with that!
Currently, we are looking to send 50 of our brightest to the upcoming April Devconnect in Amsterdam - it’s also an event that Harmony plans to be at too! Each person sent requires 2500 USD:
- 1100 USD for plane tickets and travel insurance
- 900 USD for 10 days of housing
- 500 USD for food and transportation
It would be awesome if Harmony could help us out for ETHAmsterdam - and potentially continue to help us out for future events

Metrics for success
- 80%+ of Padawans become onboarded to crypto (to start companies or contribute to DAOs) (for Amsterdam)
- 90%+ of Padawans hack at hackathons (for Amsterdam)
- 30%+ of Padawans win bounties & hackathons (for Amsterdam)
- Onboard 1000 Padawans into the Crypto Ecosystem by the end of the year
