PaperHands Project Y

Proposal overview

We are building the World’s First Paint-2-Earn NFT game, a simple play-to-earn game where one player draws what is indicated by the game, while other players attempt to guess what is being drawn. Those who guess correctly are rewarded our $PPR (DAO) tokens and in turn will have the chance to become the next “artist”.

We believe this will benefit the blockchain ecosystem by adding a cool, yet simple, NFT game that allows players to unleash their inner-child creativity. Additionally, we plan to support many communities around the world with our scholar mechanic. The scholar mechanic, will allow NFT owners to be able to rent/lease their NFT to other players who may not be able to financially afford the genesis collection and want to earn an income playing the game.

@PaperHands,
Can you tell us who you spoke with from the team about Project Y opportunities?

Devin & Flu. Grant was given at NFT LA

We’ve assigned a representative on behalf of the Grants Ops team.

We would also love :blue_heart: to have the Harmony community participate to ask questions and provide feedbacks.

If you have more details to add, please do so by replying to this thread.

Great thank you! When would they be reaching out?

Please let me know if you need anything else!

You don’t expect to be approved with that overview right ? I’d personally be offended tbh

I have played this kind of game before and imo these type of game are only fun when you play it with your friends. So i have mixed feeling about a p2e game of this genre.

Hey @PaperHands! The idea of a simple and fun game like this isn’t bad at all (Crypto Royale is very simple and still fun).

That said, I think this proposal is seriously lacking in terms of details. For example- What are the tokenomics for your native token? What stage of development are you in? What is the roadmap? Is there a white paper for us to go through?

Like i said, idea’s not bad and it’d be great to see a variety of projects on Harmony one day but I think you should really work on fleshing out this proposal

We posted a longer one another section on this site, I was told to post a shorter one for project Y as it was already granted / approved.

We appreciate the feedback though!
