Proposal Overview
Spain and the Hispanic community is one of the biggest ones around the world where a big industries of technology share the spot with one of the biggest tourism focus.
The mainly task of DAO is to expand the Spanish speaking Harmony community at maximum possible. We would like to let the people know what is Harmony One doing and why is going to make a big difference in the future.
From the marketing perspective, Europe has a lot of potential, especially because there are different cultures, different languages and the most important, potential to invest on good projects in crypto.
What we can offer can serve for almost the whole world. Since 3 of the most spoken languages can be found in Europe ( A part from English )

The Market needs to know what are the benefits and potentials of ONE and Harmony protocol. We trust on it!
Barcelona is becoming on of the most important cities in the EU as a tech city.
Spain is ready to embrace new Technologies, reinventing itself by embracing new techniques and modes of business (we could make reference to the cryptocurrencies world).
Harmony Spanish DAO can adopt this creative and innovative energy and offer education, network, adoption and new tools to existing as well as start-up companies and freelancers on a variety of disciplines to grow and build.
Our DAO has the finality to educate the people who don’t know anything about blockchain, web 3.0,… creating educational courses, meetings, video tutorials for early investors that don’t know anything about de DEXs.
We want to be a centre point of reference for the whole Spain (virtual and face to face).

Marketing and International tourism degree with 4+ years of experience in “Amsterdam Marriot Hotel”, “Roses Hotel Vistabella” and also worked in Costa Rica as marketing function. Expert in research and analyses of Cryptocurrencies market provable with his own portfolio.
Native English, French, Spanish and Catalan.

Albert Pons: Chief Marketing Officer
Marketing Professional with +5 years on roles such as Director, Coordinator, Manager on different B2B and B2C sectors around the world (Spain, Canada, Mexico ).
Marketing Degree with Digital speciality focus. Currently finishing Full Stack Web Developer Mastery.

Telecommunications engineer with 6+ years of experience in Terra-Logic as a software developer and Anago as CTO. Also worked in TTEC for Google as digital marketing expert.

Catering and event Planning with 6+ years of experience on known restaurants such as: Hotel Valle de pineta, Rest Ornina, Hotel Claris, Hotel das stue and more representing the event organiser. Also worked as commercial in Endesa.

Expert and qualified in organisation and development of activities and adventure sports, with more than 8 years of experience.
Event organiser and RRPP.
Currently studying a Digital Marketing degree.

Demonstrate Ecosystem dApps and Ecosystem Growth potential and in Real Terms at events, guest speakers (Gaming / Defi tutorials – Developer Outreach). Demonstrate interoperability and bridging of Chains. NFT Artist representation for creatives. Sponsorship of events.
Inclusivity : Utilise community initiatives to create and encourage active community participation across all platforms. Examples of this would be free Crypto safety workshops, free NFT experiences with Guest artists. Encourage collaboration

Coordinating list of translators and assistants for DAOs to utilise talent pool, shared document we plan to have available to boost the spread of information
Grow social media presence to over 1,000 followers on Twitter and equal number on Telegram. Grow the social media further from Q2 to 5000+ followers by the end of 2022
Recruit talented people in the country and internationally.
Establish strategic collaborations and premierships, tech and creative industries, financial companies and local/ national government organisations and universities.
Work with exchanges, other Media or businesses to cover cost and self sustain.
Article generation, dApp reviews, general mixed media to generate interest.

Proposal Ask
To achieve longevity and sustainable growth the Spanish DAO is asking for a 50.000 USD.
• $10k for translating open.harmony.one
• $10k for host 2 meetups for 50 people each
• $10k for partnering with a regional hackathon of 100 developers.
$10k for sourcing 5 approved grantees from that language or region.
$10k for growing public community to 1,000 active members on Twitter.
