Hi, I just checked this. Clicked away from the transaction window as it was loading, the popup disappeared but the transaction did not get cancelled and was fulfilled anyway. I am using the Math Wallet, which one are you using?
chrome extension is fixed
for mathwallet it is Math that designs the front end instead of us i think
Hmm, Thanks Parzival! I’m using a Ledger.
I also had issues with this happening in P2 - with delegations not going through if I clicked away from the popup.
using Yandex and install harmony extension to delegate
Hey @Maggie
This is a download of the issues/suggestions I have with the Staking Dashboard so far (from the perspective of a delegator). I see that things have been updating so apologies if any of these have already been fixed.
Confirming Delegations on Ledger
-
When you go to delegate/undelegate, the first popup has the validator address. Then you set the amount and click ‘Next’ - at this point the address disappears but the Ledger asks you to confirm the address. So it would be good to have the validator address stay for the whole process so that Ledger users can cross-compare
-
Once you have signed the transaction it moves to the ‘Sent and Confirming’ popup. There is no indication if clicking away from the popup, (or clicking the ‘X’) will affect the transaction. As I’ve indicated previously in this thread, the first time I went to collect my rewards, I clicked away from the popup before the transaction had been performed as a test. Ever since, I’ve been unable to claim rewards - not sure if this was the cause? This is a major issue if this is the case. It would be good to to have an indication of whether the transaction will happen in the background if we close the popup OR a warning that closing the popup will affect the transaction
-
It would also be good generally for the confirmations to happen in the background in case there is congestion on the network and the confirmation takes a while. It seems more streamline if people don’t have to sit and watch the circle go round and round.
-
There’s also a minor grammatical error on the ‘Sent and Confirming’ popup. “The transaction was successfully signed and sent TO the network. Waiting for it to be confirmed."
The Dashboard
-
The dashboard allows you to sort by stake/fees and uptime but NOT by Expected Return – I assume this was intentional to help randomise the validators but from a delegator perspective we would like to quickly know where the highest returns are.
-
When going ‘Back’ from a specific validator information page to the main ‘Validator’ list, it always reverts to the top page of the validator list ( eg. Page 1/6). If you were looking at validators in the middle rank it is a pain to find your way back to them every time you want to check out a validator. If possible when going back a page is it possible to return to the part of the validator list that you left?
Possible Features
-
I understand the need for a 7 epoch delay in de-delegating – but could you consider an automatic process where you can re-delegate between validators and the wait is reduced and the re-stake is automatic? This would encourage people to stay staked but also increase efficiency in managing our stakes.
-
In the Portfolio section, it would be good to know how many epochs we have been staked with each validator so that we can work out reward per epoch. If it was possible to list the amount we have received each epoch by validator this would also be valuable.
Thanks to the team and I hope that everything is going smoothly on your end.

Hi it’s me again
- Can you display how many min. token must be on stake, so when there were many delegator delegate their token to us, we can calculated how much max. we can do unstake our self stake, coz when our total stake become much we will be far from effective stake, so we must release ours to be kept near the median,
also it’ll be helpful if when we click undelegate, the max button will set how much we can undelegate instead of show the max amount of our token,
SetMax = Total Self Stake - min-self-delegation
Ty

Hi I think we have a error when we need to delegate for someone, in this case must check before the minimum amount e after the interval.
Reach if you can’t see the picture
yes i can see the picture
wired thing is it doesn’t always look like this
ohhh you mean for validators right
thanks really good feedback
this feature has been implemented! please clear your cache and try it again!
Great, thanks @Maggie!
One additional suggestion: On the portfolio screen it would be really handy to have the current fee rates listed against the validators so that we can make sure that they aren’t being cheeky and continually increasing their fees
Otherwise it’s time consuming to go into each validator page to see their fees. Thanks for considering all of these!
nice love all the feedbacks. can you find me an telegram for more discussion
ah i see, there were to type of user who will use the platform, so for validator, since it will couldn’t undelegate if Total Self Stake after undelegate less than value left on min-self-delegation, so maybe we can just show a notice?
maybe we can use formula like; if Total self stake < min-self-delegation = true (validator)
show warning; Total Self Stake after undelegate must be higher than min-self-delegation
Hi Maggie,
Sage_Kn1ght finded the same problem, so we need to be notified about the minimun value to stake.
Another thing is on Main Page Harmony, to click in Stake Now, it is being redirected to https://staking.harmony.one/validators page, It seems weird cause anyone stays without action, I think It should have one specific page with updates and progress regards to new Staking model. Sorry if it doesn’t belong on this topic.
no worries thanks for the feedback
hi niket can you reach out to me on tg?
