From the nobank team, there are 3 governors in this multisig wallet. All of them were participating in the hackathon in August and continued working on nobank throughout the last 5 months. Happy to introduce the team to you if you like.
Also, the winning team in this track did not continue after the hackathon and is hence not eligible for the grant.
