Most people in this community (and I can name them) have contributed to Harmony and talked to investors/governments and many others, for free, as volunteers, because they think Harmony has a lot of potential. It is fast, it has a great ecosystem of dApps, and so on. You do not need funding for that.
Now, your original project was to get funding for a social network.
So, are you both an advocate for Harmony requesting funding to start advocating on behalf of Harmony? And, also a founder of a social network? I am bit confused here.

Well I am in the Developer DAO. I also do a lot of free hours for DMs and stuff where people ask me for help. Then there’s projects that need help for proposals/business plans/audits. I had about 4-5 hours of meetings this week alone for new projects looking to go over what was technically possible given their business plan.

It’s just sinking another $10k to nowhere , they’re just pushing for funding so they can execute their exit strategy , and if you guys decide to actually fund them , watch them not do anything with the money , just instantly sell and run with the cash…
It hasn’t been funded yet I believe. But, yes, I think it’s best if we paused funding proposed projects with a small community/highly questionable project milestones/objectives that don’t really help the ONE ecosystem.
I will continue to point out the shortcomings and criticize about the negatives in the proposals.

I have invested in harmony and it’s ecosystem.
The health of the ecosystem depends on its users, community and what is being on it. The funds being given away is community’s fund. I believe it is mine as well as other community members duty to make sure that the funds are being spent on usefulness, quality projects as such. Also, to point out how the community’s money spent, criticize it is community’s responsibility. The community’s criticism is not about the proposal itself rather most of the questions were about performance of the proposal. May proposals were earlier approved on a quick basis and most of them has been exit scams, no/little ROI, fraudulent coverups etc. That’s when the community intervened.
I think this is an irrelevant opinion and the community members can ignore it without hesitation. The community will praise, support good proposals and continue to criticize and point out shortcomings.
After reading your message, I understand that you are a very relevant person in Harmony, since you allow himself to decide on what is or is not relevant. On the other hand, I think it’s great that they care about possible scams or unprofitable projects that are presented to Harmony. I think it’s never too late to make decisions about these circumstances. After evaluating with all the members of DAO the opinion that you commented on the non-circulation of the social token and studying some option to satisfy your opinion, we decided to hold a raffle in which 200 members were selected to be able to redeem the points in Tucsac for TCS , today a Governor has started with the transactions but they are being slow since the network is giving some problems when loading UNO. Users who are receiving the token will be able to use it to enter to try the Demo of the game that we are finishing developing as we indicated in our objectives.
Here we leave you 21 of the transfers already made. When the 200 are completed we will give access to the game and ask users for screenshots and test videos to be able to publish them here.
