1.3 Proposal overview
I would like to present my new project to you by conveying my greetings and love to the entire Harmony ecosystem. I have witnessed that this platform, which I have followed for a long time, supports many entrepreneurs and the future is built here. I wanted to be a part of this ecosystem, to be able to hold one end, to bring a project.
Although cryptocurrency technologies have come a long way in a short time, since it is a new field, it can contain many shortcomings. The thing that caught my eye here is that cryptocurrency technologies have not been adequately integrated in education. I think that the fact that education is a broad field and that cryptocurrencies technologies are not sufficiently understood are major factors in this.
To solve this existing problem, me and my other entrepreneurial friends created a new project idea. During this process, we tried to solve the problem step by step through the meetings we held and tried to reach a common conclusion. We created various drafts in our minds and by revising them, we finally formed the basis of our educational project that we want to introduce here.
The aim of this project we will create is to create a decentralized and reliable certificate system that can be controlled by institutions and users. To explain the details a little more, with this certificate program we will create, users will be able to promote their certificates wherever they want, regardless of time and place, and show them where necessary with solid evidence. User will be able to verify their certificates in secure way as HRC721 tokens.
On the other hand, certificate issuers will be able to see who bought them in a very transparent way and reach hundreds of people with very low fees. In addition, the reliability of the certificates, thanks to these transparent technologies open to everyone.
We will create an interface on the platform that users can easily access. We will not request detailed information from users here. However, we will follow up the regularly uploaded certificates with a certificate DAO that we will create from certificate providers to ensure the reliability of certificates and prevent fraud. In this way, we will prevent malicious use and provide a platform that gives confidence to users.
1.5 Proposal ask
$50K based on “Harmony Grant Launch Program”
- 500 Launches ($20M). Applications of each launch must have prototyped a feature-full product. Harmony helps incubate these founding teams with product development, fundraising, and talent recruit. We recommend a $50K equity-free contribution each: $10K after launching a feature-complete product on our testnet, $10K after forming a DAO with its community, $10K after mainnet launch with audit, $10K after 1K users, and $10K for after 10K users.
1.6 Justification
At this stage, our main goal will be the technical preparation of the platform and then the partnerships to be established with the people or institutions that will issue the certificate. By creating a decentralized system, we will free the certificates from this monopoly and provide people with highly reliable and transparent training certificates opportunities.
