Harmony Universe aims to be the landing page for newly joining harmonauts to find all current projects on Harmony Blockchain and also to provide a platform for project owners to showcase their products to all Harmony users. The phase 1 of the website is launched with a comprehensive list of current projects developing on Harmony blockchain and supporting the ecosystem. The list is being updated and expanded on a day to day or week to week basis.
The next phases of this platform will include, in the order of this list:
1- Ability for the community members and site visitors to rate and review the projects based on their experience
2- Ability to connect their 1Wallet, Harmony Wallet or Metamask wallet to the website and earn rewards by contributing to the website and writing reviews, or providing content to the website
3- Ability for community members to tip and reward writers with HRC20 tokens.
4- Ability for visitors to “like” a project, select as favorite and/or add them to their portfolios.
5- Tracking their portfolio across Harmony with one single tool by adding their address and results will display where they are farming or staking their portfolios.
6- Including information about current Validators, their stats and a space for them to advertise
7- Allow Harmony project owners to claim the projects as their own and add featured content or advert space.
8- Create a Harmony ONE faucet for newcomers who need a few $ONE for gas or to explore the Harmony ecosystem
9-Create a showroom/gallery for the community to display and showcase their NFT collection
10-Provide educational material containing articles, videos, podcasts or any pertaining media to benefit the community
11-Provide RSS feed for all news regarding Harmony
12- Many more

100+ registered users in 1st month of launch
100+ verified reviews within 3 weeks of launching the review feature in the month of September

Additional milestones delivery on each of the above mentioned steps in the roadmap for the next 6-12 months.
100 Grants ($20M). Recipients of each grant must have achieved product-market fit. Harmony helps scale these thriving projects via porting to our mainnet. We recommend $50-250K each over 4-8 weeks, on projects already with active 10K users, and engaging their teams in public forums. Prime areas of market growths are Play-to-Earn games, musician fan clubs, investment DAOs, portfolio dashboards, and event and collectible curators.
I have been in the Harmony community for the last 4-5 months and been active across multiple communities; mostly in Telegram and sometimes in Reddit. I now also own the formerly names Arbiter Guild (now rebranded as Harmony Universe) for yield farming. In addition to this, I am currently working on creating a battle themed game where players will use NFT based swords and armor to fight.
At the moment, the team involves myself and another web3 developer who also has experience in blockchain development. If this grant goes through and with the expanded team, we will include another team member for graphic design and UI/UX delivery.
-10K+ users after 6-8 weeks is an achievable target within the timeframe, but that will mostly depend on wider adoption. The funds that will be received for this grant can be utilized for marketing and wider adoption through various existing portals to bring in more traffic and organic adoption.
