Proposal overview

We are hosting an Informal & Educational Web3 Meetup in Jodhpur, India to educate & build a Web3 community in Jodhpur. We have seen that many people from my city are traveling around the county to attend the Web3 meet-up, so we thought of why not create a community there at Jodhpur. We are also trying to educate Jodhpur folks about how they could start with crypto so they could build a web3/ crypto community/ecosystem in Jodhpur. Presently we are having Livepeer as our Co-organizer and looking to have Harmony as Official Partner because “Harmony Is The One”.

Proposal ask

Based on the guidelines for 4+ speakers, 150-200 people would be applying for 10K we would be sharing Meetup link soon.

Metrics for success

  1. We would be hosting the meet-up for around 150-200 Web3 enthusiasts might be more than that.
  2. Promotion of “Company” on our social media, marketing materials etc.
  3. Pronouncement of ‘Company” as the “Official Partner” for the meetup.
  4. Company Logo on Swag.
  5. Creating a Telegram channel where the company could share the details/ opportunity/ futher updates.
  6. Provision of Space Inside near the arena to display creatives that the company desires.
  7. Local Newspaper coverage for “company”.
  8. Slot during the event for representatives of the “company” to speak about the company.
  9. Speakers for the meetup. (optional)
  10. Branding Kit or Marketing Materials.
  11. Representatives from the “company”. (optional)

Thank you for submitting a proposal to Harmony’s $300M Ecosystem Fund. We are in the process of reviewing your proposal and will assign a representative on behalf of the Grants Ops team.
