Proposal overview
I’d like to create a Metaverse unlike any other. One that doesn’t sell the property as NFT’s but rents the properties on a monthly basis so that more people can participate in the venture. Also, a way for people to design their own, free avatar, with upgradeable options sold as NFT’s. While also having the software to design custom upgrades open sourced for anyone to create NFT’s and use/sell them on a marketplace. The income from the subscription would have half go back into the project to always be improving the metaverse and potentially increasing the size of the metaverse to include more properties. The other half would be used for marketing, liquidity, reflections, and a burn mechanism.
