A simple Web Playground to test Harmony for (Students)

Hi All,

So I was thinking of a simple Playground for students to try Harmony blockchain.

Attaching some screen shots. Wanted to know if something like this would help Harmony community.

User Journey is

As a student I can go to an open-source web playground
As a student I can create my new account
As a student I can fetch some $one token from faucet.
As a student I can learn to create a new transaction, sign and submit it in test network

Extra features

As a student I can write smart contract and deploy on test net using my same account

Who do you see using this and what do you think the impact will be for the project?

  • IT can be used by anyone who quickly wants to try the testnode without installing or doing local setup.
  • So perhaps fresh graduates, Students and developers who come on Harmony/Blockchain for the first time.
  • The indirect impact would be on the dAAP development. As developers and students can easily visualize the step by step process of doing the first transaction on the network. Also the code will be open source so they can just fork and see.

What do you think the cost would be to build something like this?

  • So I am understanding the cost would depend heavily on the UI work.
  • If the similar layout and designs are acceptable then it will take 2 weeks for us to deliver this.
  • Around USD 1000
