About Us
My name is Tim and I run Affinity Shard validator. I am a 39 year old Computer Systems Specialist with many years of experience. One of my goals as a Harmony validator is to have maximum uptime using multiple powerful servers for redundancy. Affinity Shard servers will always run beyond the hardware requirements to ensure there is room for future expansion of the Harmony network. Along with assisting in the decentralization and security of Harmony, my focus is to help the Harmony community grow. Together, we can expand the awareness and understanding of Harmony, as well as the importance of staking ONE tokens with a validator.
I first heard of Harmony a little over a year ago from my brother James, who easily convinced me that it was a blockchain with real promise. The more I learn about Harmony, the more impressed I become. With their implementation of unique blockchain technologies Harmony stands out among the rest and is positioned to do great things. On top of that, with its impressive community and amazing team of developers, I believe that Harmony is going to change our future for the better.
Validator Pledge
Harmony’s Effective Proof-of-Stake Validators are the backbones of the Harmony infrastructure. I/We shall pledge to constantly run an up-to-date validator, promote a decentralized validator community, and use best practices of running a validator service.
