Let’s start a discussion around the UX design of the bridge. I think the community should take a big project like this and run with it. We could potential create a bounty for a developer or two to take a look at the Horizon Bridge and completely revamp our beloved bridge. There has been discussion on a previous post I posted and I believe we should revisit this discussion.

I agree that this is a good place to improve in terms of UX. We should aim for something that looks somewhat like the Terra bridge. Just look at the two applications, they do the same but one is so simple and welcoming and the Horizon bridge looks so complicated the first time you open it. Sure it’s not actually complicated but there’s just too much going on on the screen. Needs to become a minimalist thing that only shows what is relevant for the user.
I completely agree. It needs to simplified for the average user. It’s not complicated for seasoned users but for a newcomer it could be overwhelming. A potential revamp can also lead to a new marketing campaign to promote the new bridge UX.
AVAX bridge looks great – long term I wish metamask would add bridging directly into their wallet, but short term yes the UX could use work
I very much like this proposal. However, I’m not entirely sure it falls within the parameters of the CDAO mandates. Perhaps this should instead by suggested to the Developer DAO?
