Hope you all are well!
Based on the Validator DAO survey that more than 60% of validator come from the US, and the rest is from other countries, I assume the same as market share for harmony ONE.
Starting from that data, I want to join candidacy on Harmony DAO community to bring more information and decentralization on Harmony Network, so more people can know more about Harmony ONE.
Since Harmony ONE has many good projects, people now looking at what we do, so it’s important to give details and clear update information for our community on what happens on Harmony ONE network.
What I want to highlight is:
- Preventive way to make people lost in Harmony ONE projects, what’s going on, what’s the progress and anything that give more knowledge to Harmony community (New and existing), so they can be more active and aware on what harmony ONE do, so it will need a complete guideline for beginning and make sure they join the correct group on any others channel communication.
- Give an explanation of what the Validator does, what issue they facing, what efforts to run it, and of course to add more participants to join dan become a validator to secure the network. more community know what the validator does, more aware and I hope it can increase harmony ONE community member to delegate with our Validator.
- Harmony ONE has amazing NFT and P2E projects, and many new users from other chains are interested in that, but they don’t know where to start and ask, the benefit, etc, especially users from the Asia Pacific.
So in my opinion, what I will do are:
- Publications
- Contact Centre to direct a user to the correct channel
- Polling, to map our Harmony ONE users, what they are interested in, what they do, age, etc
- AMA with a specific topic and invite 1-2 speakers from X project each week
- Giveaway, need to do this to attract users to be more active and participate
Who Am I?
I’m a father with 1 son (1 daughter soon), I’m from Indonesia, I knew Harmony since 6 months ago, build my validator account, manage a website with health and nutrition topic, as a verified artist as well on Davinci (@DaVinciDAO) , as a support team on Harmonouts, part of Indonesian Harmony One Community (@Blockchain), @harmoforce (@TrickLuhDaKidz) and @OR1ON member.
I’m typically as a customer support, I’m like to help and give clear information to people and solve their issues, I don’t know much, but I’m willing to know as much I can do to help others in Harmony ONE community.
My weakness is my English language, my speaking skills is intermediate 
but I hope it can be covered with my hard work and contributions later.

I’ve known you for about a month now, and I genuinely enjoy your passion for all things Harmony. I have no doubt you would bring that same energy to the Community DAO
I do also like the goal of growing Harmony’s reach outside of the US. We are Harmony, after all: “Open consensus for 10 billion people” is literally our motto
Indonesia is the 4th most populous country in the world! What would you do to raise awareness of Harmony in Indonesia and Asia Pacific? Could you leverage your role in Indonesia DAO to collaborate with Community DAO initiatives?

Thanks for your support, I like the idea “hyperlocal” need to go deep to community in society and that would be need help from local person - we already had the engines, the community manager or DAO regional, and need to sync with them, get their aspiration and publish it on main channel for appreciation and we share harmony ONE program to them as well, example: just small people know about ZK university, while there’s alot potential candidat in Asia Pacific.
Yes I will, thanks to @Blockchain who lead the DAO Indonesia and have great initiative to collaborate with the community, we work as a team and we active to give education and help the community to know more about Harmony ONE.

AMA Questions and My Answer
- The Community DAO mandates are as follows:
Growth: to onboard users on missions and culture and to pollinate values across communities
Engagement: to amplify content of roadmap and milestones with creative campaigns of products
Diversity: to solicit voices and votes in forums and reinforce strong governance participation
- Is there one of these mandates you feel most passionate about and what are your strengths and skills that you feel could be useful in achieving it?
Comment: In my Industry right now, digital agency / digital advertising, those three mandates of One Community DAO are one unity, thats a journey of a digital campaign, awareness, engagement, and acquisition, so they related each other. I’m not the content creator or graphic design but I’m more of a platform operation, running campaigns on several advertising platforms to create the campaign, analyze it to achieve the goals/KPIs.
- What does being a part of a DAO mean to you and what do you envision the responsibilities of being a CDAO governor to be?
Comment: Becoming the governor of CDAO will certainly carry a big responsibility, not only carrying out DAO’s duties but also how me as individuals need to be a good role model for other community members, loyal, honest and helping each other. I can manage my time and know what my priorities are, so I’m sure I can commit to my responsibilities as DAO governor.
- Are there any specific ideas you have that you wish to explore if you are elected to serve the remainder of this term, keeping the mandates in mind?
Comment: I want to run a Digital campaign, so we can reach more people and educate them, the other things is to create an twitter space with topic outside the blockchain but still related, such as investment, financial management, how to became an expert on PSD or other drawing tools, how to branding the products, what is PoS etc, and we can invite the expert on that field as a speaker.
