My name is JP (Jon Paull Birch) and I am the co founder of MAD NFTs. I am an artist, tattooist, director, graphic designer and I live for web 3. From building a brand from nothing In 2020 in the crypto community on the Cardano blockchain I learnt a lot which led me to here. In July 2021 we was introduced to the core Harmony team which was an absolute blessing. The synergy between our brand MAD (Making a Difference) NFTS and Harmony was meant to be as our ethics aligned along with our work ethic and life long values and goals. I have a vast experience in NFTs and looking to share that in this community for the future growth of NFTs on Harmony one.
I would be the perfect candidate to be a governor on the community DAO because I have a vast knowledge in running large corporate companies working as part of a team in web 3 blockchain. Being a co founder of MAD NFTs and working in 2 large chains it has allowed me to gain experience in understanding the struggles that this space can cause and figure out the resolutions working in team.
I can commit up to 10 hours a week as necessary and will give it my all as I feel passionate about making sure the Harmony One community gets the attention it deserves whilst also making the correct decisions along the way.

Thanks , yes that’s true other eco systems have a lot to offer this chain in terms of growth. Having being involved in the cardabo eco system from the launch date it allows me to positively add these values to our chain . As we grow it will be important to learn the lesson and pain my team and I have endured whilst building the foundations . This is also very exciting for me as I love to learn but also teach . I will do what I can to ensure we give our best
I just wanted to add a little more to my experience. I’ve run a successful business for the last 12 years in running my own Tattoo Shop in the UK and also run a global trade supply business that I started during the pandemic. I always had a natural talent for spotting consumer and community trends in my businesses and has allowed me continually innovate and drive my own personal growth.
I started MAD because I could see the gap in the Cardano community for high quality art and the disconnect between creators and collectors. Since it’s inception I quickly discovered there was a niche in the community where we could help other creators monetise their art through our platform and educate creators on how to develop and drive engagement through their own community. I was a part of many community standards being set in Cardano that was birthed by early stage obstacles in the NFT space.
Harmony’s mission aligned with ours and have been blessed by the support the Harmony community has given us. I have been solely focused on how we can give back to the community and how we can accelerate the growth of community in the Harmony eco-system.
Having this experience allows me to override the obstacles in this eco-system that we will face.
As a Governor I believe I can help the Community Dao and the Harmony eco-system grow.
