My name is Mert/Signifikante and i want to announce my candidacy for the Creative DAO.
I am 36 years old occupied in Fashion Design field. I am specially proficient in branding/image profiling. Popular culture, internet culture and memes are key aspects to follow for todays shifting in demands and consumption(yes that applies for blockchain tech as well) With a strongly planned marketing and a little pinch of design for perception; we can put harmony up and above 
I have been working with top fashion brands for more than 10 years. And i believe i can add value through my profession for DAO.
And without further ado, let answer those questions 
1.) What is the role of the Creative DAO in the Harmony community and how do you plan to advance its mission?
I believe Creative DAO’s main role is about the marketing of H1; interact with masses through its objective(which consists from creative content). I can play the part to filter that content to achieve a positive image of H1
2.) How do you organize, plan, and prioritize your work?
By setting up parameters for the expected achievement; deciding criterias with the DAO. Then comes delegating the work. Groups tend to work most efficient when its definition comes from a common ground(goal)
3.) Tell us about a suggestion you’ve made that has benefitted an organization you’ve worked for.
To be honest, i can’t tell a specific occasion since i am new in the organization. I have joined the meetings and spoke my mind for the benefit of the group and want to do so and much more in upcoming meetings if given the chance.
4.) Why are you the best person for a role on the Creative DAO council?
I believe i can offer qualitative opinion with my skillset mentioned above. I love to work with a team that is focused and driven for a specific goal. And I want Harmony to rise above clouds.
5.) Fast forward 3 months - what will a successful term have looked like?
It has to be the result where we reach to desired number of people with grade A content from all designated platforms.
Our previous meetings were exciting and the people are absolute legends here
It will be my privilage if i were selected to this committee.
