Seven Dots
- Creating beautiful NFTs with our Design System.
- Mint $7DOTS directly into your wallet.
- Multiply your staked $7DOTS with the early user multiplier.
SevenDots is a purely user-driven NFT project. You drive this project. Users create their own NFTs by merging dots and get rewarded for this with a share of the treasury. 
80% of all revenue flows to the community and the community totally drives the projects.
Your main activity will be merging dots. The design system makes sure (nearly) everything you create will look great.
SevenDots is an experimental NFT Design platform with the goal to make NFT minting and attribute allocation more fair, inclusive, determined, and profit-maximizing for the project and the community.
The main learnings from the pilot on Polygon are:
- onboarding is too complicated
- users want more design and fewer auctions
Therefore the idea is to
- Start the onboarding process with an NFT designer
- Implement a new bonding curve for rare attribute pricing
→ Make it possible to directly create and mint NFTs
This will include:
- Making it FiveDots instead of SevenDots
- Also only five colors (still the rainbow colors)
- Create a design system, that is simpler and not as elaborated as SevenDots (no gravitation around the horizontal center-line)
- Every NFT should be unique and have a minimum number of dots
- The frontend has to be changed
- Most work will be done on the NFT Designer
We are very strong on development (Frontend + Blockchain).
We lack skills in terms of marketing.
We need help in terms of community engagement and activation.
Proposal ask
We want to start with the standard launching proposal.
$50k
We would kindly ask to receive the first $10k for an earlier milestone, as most of the work will be done on the NFT designer. We need this to finance ourselves to work on the NFT designer.
Metrics for success
We would like to propose this:
$10K after launching a feature-complete product (FiveDots) based on SevenDots on our testnet
$10k after implementing the NFT designer as the onboarding
$10K after forming a DAO with 5-out-of-9 multisig with our DAOs
$10K after launching on our mainnet with audit
$10K after 1K daily active users (with launch video, full PR promotion)
Next step: Apply for a grant to grow this into a community-driven project and to use the code to create a more general NFT designer.
