According to UN statistics, over 100 million children are homeless in the world today. There are millions of young children that are forced to work due to crushing poverty. They have incredibly unhealthy childhoods. It shouldn’t be like this. We should work together and push for a better world for children.

Our Mission
Our mission is focused on three key areas:
- Building a solid foundation - Build a passionate & talented DAO team. Receive our seed funding to get the organization started.
- Supporting Children - Our goal is simple, we strive to support homeless children around the world. We strive to help improve the livelihoods of underprivileged homeless children especially in regions like South America.
- Growth - Our goal is impact. We desire to help as many street children as possibly by our financial support of professionally run orphanages.
Street Children in the World today
The steps humanity has taken diving head first into the trajectory of Web3 has been nothing short of a marvel to witness. We have been incredibly lucky and blessed to be a part of building the future. However, with the enthusiasm of building the future, we sometimes forget to address the present. It is truly a travesty that there are hundreds of millions of homeless children in the world today. We have failed to fully address the issue of homelessness, specifically homeless children around the world. Many of these children are forced to work, therefore taking a toll on the development of their education. And millions of children lead unhealthy lifestyles leading to an impact on their physical, mental and social well-being.
The future of Web3 in which we are building together can play a pivotal and influential role in helping these children in need. It is our intention to help ensure a promising future for homeless children. Let’s work together to ensure that our Web3 community has a true sense of inclusiveness for everyone to succeed.
We strive to help children around the world with a focus on three key areas:
Health - As homeless children get older, they continue to face problems with poor health, typically missing vaccinations and lack the basic health care needed for a healthy lifestyle. Homeless children are more likely to experience illness and chronic health problems. They are also at a risk for developing asthma or obesity. Additionally, poor health extends to mental health. Preschool aged homeless children are likely to suffer from anxiety, depression, or severe aggression. While homeless youth are twice as likely to be emotionally distressed than their peers who have housing, they’re also twice as likely to have suicidal thoughts.
Development - Delays in child development, drug abuse and being underweight are amongst the many proceeding issues in which plays an influential role in the well-being of children. More than a third of homeless children have emotional and behavioral problems. Preschool-aged homeless children are likely to have such emotional issues that they need professional help. Yet only about a third of children experiencing homelessness will receive some sort of professional intervention.
Performance - Homeless children are more likely to have lower academic performance than their fellow peers. They change schools more frequently, get expelled, and drop out of school. That is due to the various circumstances involved in their lifestyles resulting in children exhibiting learning issues that make it difficult for them to be successful in school.

Dear friends,
Thank you for taking the time to review this information about helping street children around the world.
This is an incredibly important project. A few years ago I was blessed to spend 6 months living and working at an orphanage in Bolivia. It was incredibly eye-opening to be able to see how the orphanage was able to take children off the streets and provided them with a home and safety, consistency, food, shelter and security.
I can’t even put into words just how incredibly moving it was to work directly with homeless children. It’s unfathomable that millions of young children are living on the streets around the world. It shouldn’t be like this.
We have been incredibly blessed in crypto. Our industry is booming. But yet the world is still very broken. What we would like to do at GiveDAO is strive to help homeless children around the world. - Turn a percentage of donors, members, and volunteers into ambassadors.
- Create engaging social media contents (includes using influencers) to encourage people to be part of the community and increase retention rate.
- Organize donation drives to boost donations, donors and stakeholders.
- Grow donors and other charity stakeholders.
- Provide exclusive contents for regular donors.

About Mission Santa Maria
Mission Santa Maria is a home for children. Mission Santa Maria partners with local organizations in Ecuador to enable children to receive shelter and high-quality education. Many of these children come from abusive families and extreme poverty. Through the support of Mission Santa Maria these children are provided a sanctuary and a chance for a better future. Mission Santa Maria is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Mission Santa Maria is professionally run by Jim and Grace Cambell who have lived in Ecuador for 4 years. Jim previously worked for major banks on Wall Street.

Our Donation Plan
We plan to donate $11,250 of the funds directly to Mission Santa Maria in Ecuador.
As we grow, we want to extend our reach to numerous professionally run orphanages in South America and the globe, creating a positive impact on as many young lives as we can.
Our Non Profit DAO Community
We will build up an online community of impact DAOs and non profit DAOs. This valuable online community will connect with other non profit DAOs and individuals that set aside time and resources to help others.

Token ideas - $GIVE
Depending on legal review. We would like to directly sell tokens if possible. Imagine if we could sell say 10,000 $GIVE tokens for $1 each. Thus, raising $10k that would go directly to the orphanage in Ecuador.
Additionally, listing NFT’s on OpenSea & Immutable X may help up avoid legal regulations.
