General Proposal
Overview
Douglas Chapin Media will deploy a strategic campaign for Harmony and the blockchain. Growing social media, making connections and partnerships with mainstream business, press and publications, artists, musicians and experts in the crypto currency industry. We will dedicate time, effort and resources to growing the profile and reach of Harmony and the blockchain community. We intend to become one of the largest media and social media outlets dedicated to and enabled by the block chain.
We have provided services for every size company from Kroger (second largest retailer in America) to 73 Art Agency. We are a leader in providing service and communication to top brands, while specializing in connecting on the individual level.
Along with the current push to provide creative content we are in talks with known Hollywood talent to work with us, that could bring a great deal of creative ability and recognition to the projects.
We provide interviewing capabilities and on camera engagement that allow us to reach subjects on a deep level. With our relationships and experiences in the Crypto landscape, we are uniquely poised to share the message and story of the crypto industry.
The proposed scope of work is to provide Harmony, and the regeneration community an unbiased oracle of public videos. Interview DAOs, founders, organizers, events and conferences that make up the web 3 community. We will show the fun, joy, and the experiences of people building the future of our planet, while educating viewers on important topics in the crypto industry. We plan to post meaningful content on a near daily basis, creative narrative videos, white board videos, fun tips about crypto, explaining the harmony block chain, interviews with DOAs and continually finding new ways to connect with the audience.
We specifically are in support of women and youth in the industry, the developing world, relating the redemption message of gen z, saving of the planet and its natural resources. We are very passionate about supporting artists and the creative ways to further support artists on the block chain.
We will deliver the main themes to a broader audience to humanize the crypto world. Themes that emphasize the crypto values of connection, authenticity, control over one’s life, financial independence, transparency, and the gen z redemption. The purpose is to give crypto currency and the blockchain broad appeal.
We will use our entertainment background to create fun stories and exciting content to bring in viewers. Delivering Videos to Youtube, Tik tok and other social media with a purpose to build a large following and build a brand that is recognizable. With our background in entertainment on shows such as Chad Vader, we have learned how to relate to audiences and deliver content they enjoy. This campaign goal is to change the focus from fear and lack of understanding, to that of inclusion, community and excitement. Think of Anthony Bourdain for the crypto world.
We spoke to and interviewed many people and DOAs at Eth Denver including members of Harmony and Timeless. This sparked the desire to dedicate our mission to the block chain and its redemption arc. The support, community and dedication to uplifting others was inspiring. We discovered the gap between the general public and the crypto industry is very large and daunting. Many DOAs related that it is very important to gain media and social media influencers and educators and a crucial time to do so. Often approaching us and asking if we could help give a voice to their DAO. We believe this is a very important point and a crucial time to resolve this gap with education and entertainment.
On a daily basis I (Douglas Chapin) find myself explaining crypto and why the block chain is important to many people, often having them start investing in the community. When someone finds out about the crypto program we are rolling out they have many questions and become very excited. We believe this needs to be brought to the masses. All of the feedback has been very enthusiastic and supportive. Our plan is to replicate that welcoming handshake and warm invitation to talk about crypto and the block chain community on a broad scale.
At SXSW our Uber driver related that he was very scared to invest in crypto but also wants to very badly. His sister had been scammed and lost a lot of her money. To him, having contact with a real person who he can talk to and get guidance from is the most important thing to him. We gave him our contact info to help him directly with his concerns. Human connection is very important.
Problem: “What is web3?”
We are at a point in time when all of the world is wondering “what is web3?” There is a lot of hype around the term, but it is hard for people to tell what the hype is all about.
There is a deep lack of trust, comfort and knowledge of crypto across the globe.
The current general public (7.6 Billion) does not understand the complicated world of web3 enough to join in on crypto youtube and social media channels. They do not have the time to spend many hours every day researching. It is a foreign language to them.
Problems to solve:
The world view of crypto as a community of thieves, hackers and scams.
Fiat, governments and the current status quo leading us down the wrong path.
Feelings of being divided, angry, and blaming each other for our problems.
The planet is polluted.
The world is worried about financial, online and personal safety.
Web 3 faces the possibility of harsh regulation or outright rejection as we have seen in the European parliament’s recent drafting of laws to outlaw bitcoin.
War and strife in the Ukraine with the potential for larger war is causing panic and fear for the future. Bank accounts are frozen or left with no money, credit cards are frozen.
We are worried about our financial, online and personal freedom.
The old regime created these problems and does not understand how crypto can solve these problems. Instead crypto is a scapegoat of world problems.
Democracy, independence and financial freedom is waning.
Solution:
We will answer the question to “What is web3”
Web 3 is a system of core values and people.
Web3 is artists, engineers, entrepreneurs building an exciting future on the block chain.
Web 3 is financial independence
Web3 is safety and security
Web3 is community and trust
Sharing these videos can reach audiences far and wide. Change public sentiment, influence those making decisions. Allow the crypto culture’s values to show through, uplift the viewer and spread across the planet.

It is when you hear about the amazing things it can do from your brother, or how it has changed the life of someone you know. Our friends and family influence our decisions the most.
Why this plan:
With a background in delivering high quality content for the film world and the internet, we believe this is the best way to usher the world into web3.
Educate the public and the crypto community as to what makes a great DAO. What things in the web3 space are working or not working. Keep current on the exciting things that are happening.
In the way Anthony Bourdain brought different types of culture to the world by telling their story and showing their wonderfulness and uniqueness. We will invite the world to join the blockchain community.
We will also work alongside Harmony in their campaigns and rollouts to get the word out.
Zi of timeless requested promo videos and from Doug Chapin Media for sxsw and coachella, as well as Tik Tok videos. Our company will contribute to the campaign in collaboration with Timeless and Harmony. And will do so for further announcements in the future.
Primary Objective: Amplify announcements and events happening in the Harmony block chain community. Targeting the crypto community and mainstream viewers on social media and various platforms. Use various tactics such as white board videos and fun tik tok videos. An ongoing presence and uploading of content many times a week, leading to daily. Interact with our community and followers on a daily basis.
Secondary Objective: Attend events and conferences to immerse ourselves in the crypto community. Develop relationships, report and produce content. Upload to social media. Youtube, tik tok, twitter. We have laid out a customizable schedule for conferences, so that Harmony may advise on what amount of conferences they would like to fund and request us to travel to specific conferences of their choice.
Third Objective: Grow into a self-sustaining DAO that promotes and shares the stories of the community. Grow to self sustainability… Through sponsorships, viewership on youtube, NFTs and tokens. We have plans to create clothing, QR code bracelets, giveaways and many avenues to grow the brand.

This is the primary goal. Our goal is to create over 300 posts across social media per three month period for Harmony and the block chain. To move quickly toward posting on social media on a daily basis. growing social media accounts HYPE TV on instagram (Currently 9.9k followers, twitter, tik tok and youtube). Posting on a constant basis to these accounts and interacting with the community. Making connections and partnerships with business, press, publications, artists, musicians and experts in the industry. Quickly grow to the point of posting daily on tik tok. Conduct interviews with DAOs over video chat 2-5 times a month.
This cost includes hiring of 3 team members for writing, video production and info graphics / white board creation.
Writer: Will help with writing creative and narrative productions.
Video production assistant: Camera operator and overall production help
Graphic Artist: Create graphics and white board animations to educate and inform.
Other costs: Social media support, various crew and talent for individual shoots.
Cost of attending and creating content for events is added to this cost. Number of events can be chosen at agreement between HYPE TV and Harmony. Any amount between two and ten is possible. These costs include hiring local help for production assistance or camera operating.

Attending events is a key part of being immersed int the block chain culture, learning about great stories and sharing the community with to the world.
We recommended at least 5 events over 3 months to keep infused with the community and Harmony. And integral to telling the story of the block chain. 30K + 60K =90k

-Creative and narrative videos to capture audiences and develop high quality branding.
-Social media posting on all accounts pertaining to harmony and the block chain on a near daily basis.
-White board videos explaining crypto topics using easy to understand graphics. Ie how does the Harmony block chain work.
-Promotional giveaways, QR code bracelets, t shirts, events to promote the block chain.
-1 Promotional Video for each event, covering compelling stories and/or product releases.
Short form versions of the video to distribute over social media. Tik Tok, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube shorts.
-Photo, video and general social media posting to twitter, instagram.
-Highlight DAOs (focus on the Harmony block chain)
-1-1 interviews with members of team harmony. And DOAs on the harmony block chain.
-Promotional videos for future conferences. Videos announcing an upcoming event that harmony has a major announcement.
-Weekly contact with Harmony representatives to maintain relationships, stay abreast of current news and announcements.
Account Management
Douglas Chapin Media will be responsible for setting up research tools, social media managers, editors and production crew members.
Conclusion
The above scope of work will be led by Douglas Chapin, Founder of Douglas Chapin Media. Along with other media professionals to conduct interviews, find stories and distribute online. Work in addition to the outline in this scope of work may be subject to additional fee, mutually agreed upon by both parties in advance.
