which I believe is controlled by the foundation and contains more than 27 percent of the total supply. I totally understand that the foundation is going to spend a great portion of it for the development of the Harmony ecosystem. However, considering that most of the initial investors have already received their tokens, one entity controlling a great portion of the total supply (27 percent in this wallet address + Holdings in other wallet addresses + Holdings in different exchanges) is in contrast to the decentralization core values. it would be great if the foundation explains clearly how and when these tokens will be spent and locks the tokens in a smart contract until the time they are going to be spent.
