The absolute best case here is that one of the members involved in the PHAT scam, funded this one. With the worst case being that the HLY dev and the PHAT dev are one and the same. The good thing about the blockchain is that all transactions can be traced like this. The important thing to note is that m1dvq eventually ends up funding the HLY dev, but they tried to obfuscate it.
