Proposal overview

PLAY.FUN: The World Is Our Playground
We connect people, instructors, and venues, to get active together.

The fitness industry is a $400 billion market. Our goal is to decentralize these funds and distribute them to those who are actually doing the work: the instructors.

By turning any venue into an active venue, much like what Airbnb did with the hospitality industry, we can decrease costs and increase options.

Our model is a social business, which means that profit goes to users in the system rather than stakeholders. With this in mind, 100% of income is distributed as follows:

• 70% — Providers (e.g., instructors and venue owners)
• 12% — Referral (can be anyone)
• 10% — Users who are doing operations
• 5% — Remains in the system and is distributed yearly by a joint decision of all
• 3% — Goes back to power users

In our pilot, we helped 500+ monthly paying members pay less and be more active. Additionally, instructors earned 2x more than in regular studios.
Note that the pilot occurred before we developed the platform. Today, we already developed it.

By shifting PLAY.FUN to Web3 and decentralizing it, we will be able to:

  1. Help more people PLAY more while paying much less—or even make profits
  2. Help distribute profits to instructors and activity hosts instead of the major chain
  3. Make it easier for ordinary people to enter the blockchain ecosystem
  4. Ensure that the tokens will always have high value by paying back all income.

Building the community will benefit you with activity, friends, health, profits, and fun life.

Thanks to the simplicity of sharing events with others with just one click and earning rewards in the process, the platform has the potential to go viral.
At first, we will:

  1. As we did in our pilot, we will incentivize the first few instructors to onboard other instructors and users since they will profit from it. This will continue on.
  2. We will also partner with organizations. In fact, PLAY.FUN already has a booking system through which municipalities and universities can automatically manage their facilities while people can schedule the facilities.
  3. We will partner with schools for teachers. PLAY.FUN will serve all students to help them gain more experience while they and the school earn money.

We have dedicated our careers to this solution. With more than 30 years of experience in technology and sports, we recognize the realities of all sides of the marketplace.
