I had a small amount of one to claim from the reward of my stake and I had an error when transferring to the wallet.
Do you have to - undelegated before claiming rewards?
They are working on the issues you are experiencing and you can find updates on the reddit post. You do not need to undelegate to claim. Normally this works seamlessly but you won’t have any problems redeeming once fixed and no rewards will be lost.
