So to understand DAO’s and the formation a bit better you can take an example on Russian DAO and @nickv which normal go over a vote on Snapshot. They have done an amazing job with their first meet-up!
Of course these are only recommendations from Harmony, like a 3 month elections term, but it is now especially during a formation where you could submit a candidacy to put up a proposal.
It’s not that I have concern about a “newbie” is more to keep it also open for everyone so everyone can apply for it 
The only concern is that I don’t know anyone of you and you have only this one post up here, like from most other DAO’s those people have been active before on talk, telegram, twitter or discord.
The Network is around there to get connected and to get the knowledge to spin up a Validator, we have 5 Validator’s in our German Telegram Group like @HeavensWail or @OneUnitedPower who are more then willing to help out.
Our Group has members from Switzerland and Austria and I’m kind of worried that you just want to cover Germany.
