Infinite Elements - Events, Micro Economies & Sustainable Communities

Yours honey. I am talking about your DAO

Hello Juanonewuan I would love to share more with you about what our partnership would look like with Harmony and what the ROI looks like. We can do some of it as a DAO however are looking at this more as a marketing strategy and way for Harmony to be used in micro economy’s through our festivals and community’s. I’m a co-producer of a festival that we host every 3 months here in FL once a year in TN And once in NY next year! We are connected to communities and festivals world wide! I got the chance to hang out with a lot of your team in Denver and feel we can really do some amazing things together. I’m not sure I got the chance to meet you. I do understand your need for helping fund projects that benefit Harmony and truly believe we can.
I have been busy producing this last event and have not had a chance to connect with you all again. I will be reaching out to Sam this week and send you guys info on our next festival that will be 6th to 13 July !! Love to use Harmony One Tokens as an exchange during it
Please reach out with any questions
Thank you for connecting

Yes love to talk to you more about this ! Our next big event is 6-13TH. I might be able to help guide you on this as I produce music festivals.

Hello, @InfiniteHarmony

The 1 million dollar funding request is simply out-of-scope. Personally, I believe the idea of a “harmony micro economy” is something you and your team should continue to explore.

A little more about why this is being proposal is being denied in it’s current iteration:

We have found over the past year of DAO operations that the organizations that don’t start with a large, dedicated community and a goal to fund themselves tend to have very low success rates. They tend to have a hard time recruiting additional community support and tend to bring limited value to the overall Harmony ecosystem.

The bar to receive a DAO bootstrap grant is now higher than it has been historically. In order to receive a bootstrap grant going forward, DAOs will need to evidence a high level of transparent reporting, robust community involvement and a business plan that reflects a commitment to self-funding. Further guidelines are being finalized and should be released in the comming week.

I apologize that this process has been lengthy and drawn-out and I appreciate yours and the DAO’s patience. Harmony and the DAO Ops team wanted to exhaust every option before responding with a declination.

Do not let this dissuade you or your DAOs passion to build on Harmony. Harmony is integrating new tools to help build a robust DAO ecosystem. I’m looking forward to your success.
