PROBLEMS :
Sustainable design and development are not efficiently accomplished from the top-down approaches; bottom-up scalable and easily repeatable processes are needed to meet the needs of the world and an equitable distribution of shared wealth is needed to grow these processes feasibly.
Art and interaction that normally sustain movements are kept separated from start-ups through traditional bureaucratic structures, so alignment and momentum tend to begin off-kilter; art, academia, and innovation must connect at inception to establish a tangible new reality that can be understood on multidisciplinary levels and not an elitist niche entrée.

SDD Mission
Sustainably create a carbon-negative network to host an enterprise grade modular middleware for offset auditing/accreditation/distribution. Those interactions will catalyze sustainable development through near-perpetual funds from regenerative processes that expand ecological value representation.
Goal 1
Adopt/plant a forest in the name of the Harmony Protocol to officially represent the network as carbon negative and use the resulting carbon credits to sustain the process, empower localities, and provide ecological long term wealth vehicles.
Goal 2
Build a DAO that is socially, economically, and environmentally sustainable by empowering a diverse community to discuss, build, and earn through diverse projects.
Goal 3
Develop internal DAO Resource Planning software (DRPs) that is compatible with the SDD product suite so as to connect impact with development history.
Initial Core Project Mission
SDD will use Afforestation, Forest Management, and Data Management/Analysis tools to (a) steward the lifecycle of a forest and (b) use the collected forest data to support the creation of verified carbon offset credits. These carbon credits will support both the offsetting of the Harmony Protocol and funding the treasury through the sale of credits on the market.
The data management/analysis tools will form the foundation of a middleware. This middleware will (a) operate to evaluate carbon reduction projects data to convert those offsets into tokenized credits, (b) provide a marketplace for buying and selling carbon credits from diverse environmental projects.

DAO Operations
Meetings
The “main-office” in the “MEETING AREA” of our official discord hosts public meetings once a week. Currently they are Wednesdays from 12pm-1pm PST, but are subject to change with the latest onboarding process. Official consensus from meetings are collected asynchronously through a dynamic meeting form made available in “async-meeting” and are open for 5 days to responses. This process is the most inclusive and understanding of differing geographies and schedules. Once our Twitter is able to host Spaces, additional public meetings will be created for open discussions; for now partnerships will help our voice, like the Community DAO.
Governors
Governors are responsible for maintaining existing SDD products, operations and the grant process for the open project scaling. They work 10hrs a week at 75$ per hour. The initial governors of the DAO will establish the regenerative funding mechanism for the DAO as the core project team. After a year, once the core project is finished, there will be an election for new governors from incubated members and a new core project will be chosen from the fully scaled projects of the SDD incubator/accelerator. Governors have subsidized access to the “DAO Resource Planning software” (DRPs) to initiate requests across the DAO to streamline the incubator and accelerator. This system allows for diverse engagement for members and provides mechanisms to support emergency situations such as stagnation or overbearing workloads for governors.
Membership
Members participate in incubation, project acceleration, and respond to requests given through the DRPs. Membership incubation leveling is gained through participation within the community, completion of courses, and engagement with the DRPs. This process will initially be tracked on Discord and will migrate to Web3 with time. Fully incubated members can vote on proposals, vet projects, build teams and propose projects for acceleration; incubation will happen at a level that will be determined at a later date once all education relative to the DAO has been released for all to absorb.
Roles
Members will all be required to select a role which represents their preferred skill focus. Roles are non-binding and can be changed at any time. They represent common positions/responsibilities of project teams. Members can have multiple roles on multiple projects within the DAO. Only one role can be selected at a time, but the responsibilities of a role can be shared between members. This gives the DAO an ability to assess growth in specific skill areas, provide guidance for team building, and is used to organize the DRP. A project team represents the collective responsibility of all roles, but not every role has to be represented by the default selection of the member; members can share the roles and use the DRP to distribute the weight of the responsibilities (think of how multiple Power Rangers can operate a singular Megazord). Alternatively, a singular member can hold a full role and is empowered by the DRP to accelerate and diversify output (think of how a pilot operates a Gundam). Through specialization and unfettered utilization, members can organize efficiently while not being restricted to strict singular positions.
DAO Resource Planning software (DRPs)
Operations have their commonalities and recognizing repeated processes gives way to usable solutions for efficiency. When members identify these opportunities they create procedural templates that get repeatedly tested and minted as an NFT. These Procedural-NFTs provide a development pathway for tooling DAO Resource Planning software. DRPs are organized and distributed by relating Roles that tend to experience the process the most. However, all will be made available to the incubated members on a separate aggregate display board. This dual placement process of DRPs accomplishes an accelerated collaborative environment while providing equal opportunity to participate and expand one’s self. These products will require a nominal usage fee that funds the DAO and gives initiators the chance to set the price of the action. Quazi-organizational structures allow for the transitional learning experience necessary to keep up with modern innovation progressment.
Projects/Proposals
A project team must be 5-7 teammates chosen from fully incubated members. All teams must agree to uphold the responsibilities of the full suite of Roles. Members can maintain a role as an individual, or they can share a role as a collective. Scaling-projects can access and use the DRPs to accelerate and/or strengthen output. Proposal templates will be provided along with instructional guidance on the process. A designated waiting period for voting allows for iterative feedback. Only fully incubated members vote on project acceptance into the accelerator and progressment to the next stage of scaling. Projects must meet agreed upon metrics to move onto the next stage. Each stage of scaling receives funding that scales with the process from micro, meso, macro, and ending in an opportunity to be voted as the core project of SDD. All projects will meet SDD mandates and design principles on every level of acceleration.

I have been driven by a childhood commitment to end poverty. What good is a house if a person cannot sustain themselves in any meaningful way? The social traps that create the inadvertent pyramid scheme of life need to be replaced and a better way of life must be articulated through feasible and equitable means. I am a Sustainable Environmental Design major from UC Davis and have worked with our brilliant team to model the offset distribution mechanism of my vertical farm to become a regenerative funding source for scalable sustainable development and plugin for carbon negative businesses such as agroforestry projects, new age manufacturing, and any other environmentally/ecologically net positive action. I see the $33 trillion worth of ecological process as a value to be mirrored to fund the transition to a Circular Economy. There is more anthropologically created material than there is biological mass on Earth, this means the return cycles of this economy are well beyond the $33 trillion. This is a measurable amount of value that can equitably empower a movement to achieve more using less and build a world for 10 billion people.

- Attend a least 3 global Web3 conventions w/ speakers present & already existent offerings such as project scaling opportunities and hackathons/bounties existing. Merch partnership in works.
- 10 meet-up events that occur in physical places (w/ Blue Metaverse connection)
- 1 large celebratory w/ big names event that includes all partners and network (this will be funded by the DAO from NFT Fundraising)
- Twitter total to 80,000 in a year through multidisciplinary promotion
- Twitter Spaces to host weekly Sustainable Development chats and speaker series at a symbiotic time to the Web3 Regenerative Finance Movement
- Open-education for sustainable regenerative design and how it applies on the micro, meso, macro, and meta (collaboration with academia)
- Connection to the multiple grassroot movements, organizations, NGOs, universities, and networks that form the global movement towards a better world.
- The ability to enter this environment as a contributor and not a simple spectator
